TLV62569器件是一款同步降壓DC-DC轉換器，專門針對高效和緊湊型解決方案進行了優化。該器件集成的開關能夠提供高達2A的輸出電流。
在中等負載或重載條件下，該器件運行在脈寬調制（PWM）模式下，開關頻率為1.5MHz。在輕載情況下，該器件自動進入節能模式（PSM），從而在整個負載電流范圍內保持高效率。關斷時，流耗減少至2μA以下。
TLV62569的輸出電壓可通過一個外部電阻分壓器進行調節。內部軟啟動電路可限制啟動期間的浪涌電流。此外，還內置了諸如輸出過流保護，熱關斷保護和電源正常輸出等其他特性。該器件提供SOT23和SOT563兩種封裝。
