TPS62097器件是一款同步降壓轉換器,針對高效率和噪聲關鍵應用進行了優化。這些器件專注于在寬輸出電流范圍內實現高效率轉換。在中到負載時,轉換器以PWM模式工作,并在輕負載時自動進入省電模式。開關頻率可通過外部電阻在1.5 MHz至2.5 MHz范圍內選擇。 iDCS-Control能夠在強制PWM模式下工作,以低固定開關頻率運行。
為了滿足系統電源軌的要求,內部補償電路允許大量選擇外部輸出電容值超過150μF。為了控制啟動期間的浪涌電流,器件通過連接到SS /TR引腳的外部電容提供可編程軟啟動。 SS /TR引腳也用于電壓跟蹤配置。該器件集成了短路保護,電源良好和熱關斷功能。該器件采用2 mm×2 mm VQFN封裝。
