描述

TPS6208x器件是高頻同步降壓轉(zhuǎn)換器系列產(chǎn)品。該器件的輸入電壓范圍為2.3V至6V，支持常用電池技術(shù)。此外，該器件可用于低電壓系統(tǒng)電源軌。

TPS6208x專注于在寬輸出電流范圍下實(shí)現(xiàn)高效降壓轉(zhuǎn)換。該轉(zhuǎn)換器在中等程度的負(fù)載到高負(fù)載時(shí)運(yùn)行于脈寬調(diào)制（ PWM）模式，并在輕負(fù)載電流條件下自動(dòng)進(jìn)入省電模式運(yùn)行，從而在整個(gè)負(fù)載電流范圍內(nèi)保持高效率。為了在超低負(fù)載或無(wú)負(fù)載電流下保持高效率運(yùn)行，該器件采用具有超低靜態(tài)電流的貪睡模式。該功能通過(guò)MODE引腳使能，可延長(zhǎng)增加電池驅(qū)動(dòng)應(yīng)用的運(yùn)行時(shí)間，同時(shí)保持最低待機(jī)電流，以滿足針對(duì)低待機(jī)電流的綠色能源標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
