摘要

AFPM100/B1型監(jiān)控設(shè)備采用壁掛式結(jié)構(gòu),采用集中式、模塊化設(shè)計(jì),具有功能強(qiáng)、設(shè)置靈活等特點(diǎn)。系統(tǒng)采用8寸工業(yè)平板電腦,采用Windonws XP系統(tǒng),可支持AFPM100消防設(shè)備電源監(jiān)控軟件,打印機(jī)可打印系統(tǒng)所有報(bào)警、故障及各類操作的漢字信息,具有管理、查看、報(bào)警、打印等多項(xiàng)功能。

GB28184-2011《消防設(shè)備電源監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)》中已經(jīng)明確將消防設(shè)備電源監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)納入建筑防火強(qiáng)條,強(qiáng)制規(guī)定了消防設(shè)備電源監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的基本功能。所以本文針對消防設(shè)備電源監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用范圍及其功能做些闡述。

Abstract:The AFPM100/B1 monitoring equipment adopts a wall-mounted structure, adopts a centralized and modular design, and has the characteristics of strong functions and flexible settings. The system adopts an 8-inch industrial tablet computer, adopts the Windonws XP system, and can support AFPM100 fire protection equipment power monitoring software. The printer can print all alarms, faults and various operations of the Chinese character information of the system, and has multiple functions such as management, viewing, alarming, printing, and so on.

GB28184-2011 "Fire-fighting equipment power supply monitoring system" has clearly included the fire-fighting equipment power supply monitoring system into the building fire protection regulations, and compulsorily stipulates the basic functions of the fire-fighting equipment power supply monitoring system. Therefore, this article explains the scope of application and functions of the power supply monitoring system for fire-fighting equipment.

0. 前言

隨著社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代大體量建筑、公眾集聚場所建筑和一類高層建筑越來越多,其消防控制室控制著自動(dòng)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)、自動(dòng)噴灑系統(tǒng)、消防事故廣播系統(tǒng)、防排煙系統(tǒng)、氣體滅火系統(tǒng)、消火栓系統(tǒng)、應(yīng)急照明系統(tǒng)等多個(gè)系統(tǒng)的操作。消防控制室的火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)以及相關(guān)的消防聯(lián)動(dòng)設(shè)備能否正常工作,又取決于消防設(shè)備電源的工作狀態(tài)。因此,在火災(zāi)情況下,如果消防設(shè)備電源不能可靠、穩(wěn)定地工作,投入大量資金的消防設(shè)施可能形同虛設(shè)。近年來,因消防設(shè)備電源失控造成消防設(shè)備失靈,致使火災(zāi)蔓延的事故也一直屢見不鮮。

蘇州某工業(yè)園區(qū),是蘇州市政府戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目,是建立在創(chuàng)業(yè)型企業(yè)及大型新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的聚焦集中營,是新型的創(chuàng)業(yè)型文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)。

1.1 用戶需求

①消防設(shè)備電源監(jiān)控主機(jī)功能

監(jiān)控設(shè)備應(yīng)能接收來自消防設(shè)備電源監(jiān)控探測器的監(jiān)控報(bào)警信號(hào),并在10s內(nèi)發(fā)出聲、光報(bào)警信號(hào),指示報(bào)警部位,顯示報(bào)警時(shí)間,并予以保持,直至故障排除。

具備消音及消音指示功能,當(dāng)有報(bào)警或故障時(shí)聲訊號(hào)可恢復(fù)輸出,方便現(xiàn)場調(diào)試和維護(hù)

②監(jiān)控功能

操作頁面采用圖形化的顯示方式,直觀地展現(xiàn)了各消防設(shè)備電源的工作狀態(tài),操作界面簡單、方便,軟件運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠,具有良好的擴(kuò)展性和可維護(hù)性。

傳感器具有2路三相電壓檢測功能;

傳感器支持2路聯(lián)動(dòng)信號(hào)輸入功能(2路無源干接點(diǎn)輸入、輸入方式:內(nèi)置電源);

傳感器支持1路繼電器輸出功能,觸點(diǎn)容量AC220V/1A,DC30V/1A;

傳感器具有過壓、欠壓、錯(cuò)相等多種保護(hù)功能;

傳感器具有事件存儲(chǔ)功能,能夠記錄報(bào)警發(fā)生的時(shí)間、類型、參數(shù),根據(jù)報(bào)警記錄可以分析現(xiàn)場情況;

通訊方式:二總線通訊。
