      描述

      TPS548B22器件是一款具有自適應導通時間D-CAP3模式控制的緊湊型單相降壓轉換器。該器件針對空間受限類電源系統(tǒng)而設計，可實現(xiàn)高精度，高效率和快速瞬態(tài)響應，易于使用，且使用的外部組件較少。

      該器件采用全差動傳感和TI的集成FET ，高器導通電阻為4.1mΩ，低側導通電阻為1.9mΩ。此外，該器件還具備0.5％的精度和0.9V基準電壓，環(huán)境溫度范圍介于-40°C和+ 125°C之間。具有競爭力的特性包括：超低的外部組件數(shù)，精準的負載和線路調節(jié)，輸出電壓設定值精度，自動跳過或FCCM工作模式以及內部軟啟動控制。

      TPS548B22器件采用7mm×5mm，40引腳，LQFN-CLIP（RVF）封裝（RoHs豁免）。
