根據工業領域中某些設備局部表面溫度需要對外界特定物體溫度變化做出動態跟蹤的需求，研制了表面自適應變溫材料系統，并重點對其中基于TEC 的控制系統進行了設計。本文介紹了控制系統的原理和結構，給出了硬件設計和溫度控制算法，并設計了實驗來驗證控制系統的功能。最后，將TEC 工作面與鋁合金片材結合，觀察鋁合金材料表面溫度對目標溫度變化的跟隨效果。結果表明該控制系統可以應用于表面自適應變溫材料系統。

Control Design of Surface Temperature Adaptive Material System WANG, Hongpeng WANG, Xiaoqun* WANG, Zhenqing DU, Shanyi (School of Materials Science and Engineering, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Beijing 100083, China) Abstract In the industrial field a device's local surface temperature needs to follow the temperature of an outside specific object. According to this requirement a Surface Temperature Adaptive Material System was developed where the temperature control system based on TEC (thermoelectric cooler) was carefully designed. Firstly the principle and structure of the control system were introduced. Then the hardware design and temperature control algorithm were presented, and experiments were designed to verify the function of the system. Finally the working surface of a TEC device was connected to the surface of alloy material to check the performance of the system. The experimental results showed that the control system can be used in the surface temperature adaptive material system.
