基于令牌總線和工業以太網的控制系統 Control System Based on Token Bus and Industrial Etherne

摘要:針對令牌總線控制系統中節點間數據的傳輸效率隨節點數量增加而降低的情況，采用FPGA技術結合工業以太網提出了一種滿足強實時要求的總線型控制系統。通過將整個系統劃分為若干個令牌總線型子網絡，再將子網絡通過工業以太網互聯的方法提高了整個系統的實時性。試驗結果表明節點間數據通信良好、實時性強，達到了預期效果。

Abstract: Aiming at the situation that the eficiency of data transmission between nodes in token bus control system decreases when the numbers of the nodes in the system increase, by combining the technologies of FPGA and industrial Ethernet, a bus-type control system which strongly meets real-time requirement is proposed. Through dividing the whole system into several token bus sub-networks, and linking the subnetworks by industrial Ethernet, the real-time performance of the whole system is enhanced. The test result shows that the data communication among nodes is wel with real-time performance and reaches predictive efects.
