采用靜電力自組裝和原位化學(xué)氧化聚合相結(jié)合的方法制備了聚吡咯/納米二氧化鈦(PPy/TiO2)復(fù)合薄膜，并進(jìn)行了表面電阻測試及紫外–可見光譜分析、原子力顯微鏡分析。利用平面叉指電極結(jié)構(gòu)制備了PPy和PPy/TiO2薄膜氣體傳感器，研究了其在常溫下對有毒氣體NH3的敏感性。結(jié)果表明，相同條件下PPy/TiO2復(fù)合薄膜傳感器的響應(yīng)/恢復(fù)時間均優(yōu)于PPy薄膜傳感器。同時測試了PPy/TiO2復(fù)合薄膜傳感器的濕度特性和穩(wěn)定性。

Polypyrrole (PPy)/TiO2 nanocomposite thin films were fabricated by electrostatic self-assembly and in situ chemical oxidation polymerization combined technique. The surface resistances of PPy/TiO2 thin films were measured, and the films were characterized by UV-vis spectroscopy and Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). With the assistance of interdigitated electrodes the gas sensors using PPy and PPy/TiO2 thin films were achieved. The sensitivities of sensors to toxic gases NH3 at room temperature were studied. The results show that the response/ recovery time of PPy/TiO2 composite thin films gas sensor were superior to those of PPy thin film sensor under the same condition. At the same time, the humidity sensitive properties and stability of PPy/TiO2 composite thin films gas sensor were tested.
