      描述

      TPS6280x器件系列是一款降壓轉(zhuǎn)換器，具有2.3μA的典型靜態(tài)電流以及最高的效率和最小的解決方案尺寸。憑借TI的DCS-Control?拓?fù)洌撈骷軌蚴褂梦⑿碗姼衅骱碗娙萜鞴ぷ鳎⑶揖哂懈哌_(dá)4MHz /1.5MHz的開(kāi)關(guān)頻率。在輕負(fù)載條件下，該器件會(huì)無(wú)縫進(jìn)入省電模式，以縮短開(kāi)關(guān)周期并保持高效率。

      將VSEL /MODE引腳連接到GND可以選擇1.2V的固定輸出電壓。只需將一個(gè)外部電阻器連接到VSEL /MODE引腳，就可選擇16種內(nèi)部設(shè)置的輸出電壓。一個(gè)集成R2D（電阻器到數(shù)字）轉(zhuǎn)換器可讀取外部電阻器并設(shè)置輸出電壓。只需更改單個(gè)電阻器，即可將同一個(gè)器件部件號(hào)用于不同的應(yīng)用和電壓軌。此外，與傳統(tǒng)的外部電阻分壓器網(wǎng)絡(luò)相比，內(nèi)部設(shè)置的輸出電壓可提供更高的精度。該器件啟動(dòng)之后，直流/直流轉(zhuǎn)換器將進(jìn)行入強(qiáng)制PWM模式（通在該工作模式下，此器件通常以4MHz /1.5MHz的開(kāi)關(guān)頻率運(yùn)行，從而能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)最低的輸出電壓紋波.TPS6280x器件系列采用具有0.35mm間距的微型6引腳WCSP封裝。
